| Family law attorneys N. Lee Sasser, Jr. and Nancy Weber are the “poster family” for successful shared parenting with a blended family. Married for 22 years, Sasser and Weber have three children—two from Sasser’s previous marriage. Sasser and Weber, P.A. is a marital and family law firm established in 1985. The two partners practice family law litigation, mediation and collaborative law, with a goal of reaching mutually acceptable divorce settlements. While both Sasser and Weber are dynamic advocates for their litigation clients, they believe the collaborative model and mediation helps preserve the family relationship and leads to better resolutions than those obtained in the courtroom. Sasser earned his finance and law degrees from the University of Florida. He is board certified in marital and family law and serves on the executive board of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida. Weber graduated from Indiana University and Stetson University’s College of Law. She serves on the executive board of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court. Both Sasser and Weber have been featured in the Best Lawyers in America 2008 publication and both are A-V rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Both attorneys are certified in family mediation by the Florida Supreme Court and are trained in Collaborative Law. |
